27-gallon black-and-yellow storage totes with lids. We’re launching with this one practical moving option. Actual tote specifications and photos will be confirmed before launch.

Seven calendar days after your pickup date, due at 6 PM Pacific time. A Monday pickup is due the following Monday. Prepaid two-week rentals are due fourteen calendar days later.

Yes. Choose your quantity in steps of five. Above 50 totes, the weekly price increases by $5.00 per additional tote. We acquire additional totes to fulfill confirmed paid reservations.

10 or 15 totes do not include a free dolly. 20–35 totes include one; 40 or more include two. Extra dollies are $15.00 per week.

No. The $25.00 reservation portion is included in the displayed rental price. It is the amount normally retained for cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show, not an additional charge.

Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we retain $25.00 and refund the balance. If Shoreline cannot fulfill your reservation, you receive a full refund.

Yes when rentals are LIVE. You pay at checkout and the order is pending fulfillment confirmation. Our team will contact you shortly. If we cannot fulfill it, you receive a full refund.

Call or message us. If you are one hour late without contacting us or rescheduling, staff may cancel the order as a no-show, retain $25.00 and refund the rest. A manager may apply the retained portion toward a new rental if you contact us within 24 hours.

Yes. Partial returns leave only the remaining property outstanding. Return to either Eureka or Rio Dell for no additional fee.

Request an additional week at the ordinary weekly rate. Extensions take effect after successful payment and confirmation. You may continue renting while continuing to pay. Early returns do not earn refunds.

Normal wear costs nothing. Dirty totes are $2.50 each; kept, missing, or unrentable totes are $12.00 each. Missing or destroyed dollies are $75.00 each. Staff must approve cleaning and replacement charges. Late fees are $25.00 per day, capped at the replacement value of property still outstanding. See the full agreement for details.

Absolutely. You can take the totes out of town and return them yourself. If you need transportation or retrieval help, request a quote. Our team will discuss the logistics and price with you.
